FEES & FINANCING

Your initial visit is where we develop the pathway for enhancing and expressing you inner beauty. You’ll meet with Dr. Mather, who will listen to your wishes and discuss a tailored surgical plan specifically to you.

When it comes to your procedure, Dr. Mather and his team are dedicated to facilitating as easy an experience for you as possible. Following your consultation our friendly and knowledgeable staff will answer all your questions and make sure you understand all costs involved with the specific surgery you would like to have performed.

A surgical consultation fee is $150 dollars (plus GST). This is fee is applied to your surgical treatment when you decide to move forward.

• A comprehensive facial assessment
• Clinical photography
• Identification and clarification of your goals
• Development and documentation of your personal treatment plan

Cost is a big consideration when it comes to taking care of yourself. Following your consultation detailed surgical quote will be provided that outlines the following expenses:

• Surgeon’s fee
• Anesthesia fee
• Facility fees (operating room and materials)

If there is a functional component of your surgery or if the surgery is reconstructive or restorative in nature Alberta Health Care may pay for a portion of the procedure.

Elective Cosmetic Surgical procedures that are performed solely for cosmetic reasons are taxable, and as such GST is collected on your surgical fees.

A portion of the cost of surgical esthetic surgical procedures may vary depending upon how your surgery is performed. For procedures requiring a general anesthetic, your safety, comfort, and convenience are of the utmost importance. That is why we only perform surgery in the fully accredited operating rooms that are completely equipped with all necessary equipment and safety devices. There is a separate facility fee associated with care completed in these surgical facilities and will be reviewed with you at the time of your consultation.

All of our minimally invasive procedures are performed in one our comfortable treatment rooms at our clinic and may not require a facility fee.

A variety of payment options are available including credit cards, certified cheque, money order, bank draft, and cash.

We require a deposit at the time of booking your surgery. The deposit is needed to secure the operating room, nursing staff, and anesthesia staff necessary for your procedure, on the chosen date. The deposit is typically 25% of the total fees.

We require full payment of the balance of total fees at least 4 weeks in advance of your surgery date.
